While self-installation can save costs, customers must ensure they follow all safety standards during the process and conduct a comprehensive safety inspection after installation.

Installation

The installation steps generally include several stages. First, mark the locations of the equipment according to the design plans. Then, install the foundational structures, such as support columns and frames. Next, gradually install play equipment like slides, climbing structures, and swings. 1.Steel Fastener (steel one, Anti-rust) ,All screws must already set up, with 5% extra screws.

2.Vertical pipe(Hot galvanized anti-rust, Dia 48mm ,with 2.5mm wall thickness,provide 4-7 pipes for spare).
   A.Must mark height of each pipe on installation diagram,(on 0.5m from bottom to top & top to bottom. 
   B.All fastener must put on right position and fixed directly on pipe (height equal with installation diagram).
   C. Must packing by pipe number (A1,A2,A3,same serial number, B1,B2,B3,same serial number).
   D.All bend pip are test and trail installed before packing.

3. Horizontal pipe(standard 117cm,galvanized ,Dia 48mm, wall thickness 2.5mm)
    A. Installation diagram shows exactly which fastener on Horizontal pipe.
    B. Any size which is not 117cm, must marked on installation diagram clearly.
    C. All pipe must cut  according to installation diagram and packing by different length. 
    D.Pipes for spide tower and donut slide,etc  must do trial install in the factory.
    E. Pipe for support tube slide and other cubes must packing together and mark with clear label. 

4. Plastic parts ---Must do trial installation and take photos , place on right position for inspect the size and etc.
    A. all big plastic slide, fiberglass slide, volcano slide, tube slide,etc all need do trial installation,labelled.
    B.Helicopter Square cube,  train head,etc all plastic parts with hard bottom need soft pad for protection.
    C.Space capsule, Helicopter ,etc  plastic parts which stretch out should have metal for support .
    D. Any parts need open window or glass, window and glass need be assembled before packing.
    E.Single slide over 140cm need to put soft platform under it.
